Silvia es entrenadora del capítulo de la Alianza Nacional de Trabajadoras del Hogar de Santa Ana-Nuestras Manos. Anteriormente, Silvia fue organizadora de la campaña Clean Car Wash y residente de Santa Ana desde hace mucho tiempo. Ella es una inmigrante mexicana y era miembro de una cooperativa en su ciudad natal en Oaxaca antes de migrar. Ella aporta su experiencia en desarrollo e incubación de cooperativas, ya que ayudaron a lanzar Clean Mobile Car Wash Cooperative en 2020. Ella y los miembros de la cooperativa Clean Mobile Car Wash fueron participantes del currículo de CooperAccion 2019.

Silvia is a trainer for the National Domestic Workers Alliance chapter of Santa Ana- Nuestras Manos. Previously, Silvia was an organizer with the Clean Car Wash Campaign and a long-time Santa Ana resident. She is a Mexican immigrant and was a member of a cooperative in her hometown in Oaxaca prior to migrating. She brings her experience in cooperative development and incubation as they helped launch the Clean Mobile Car Wash Cooperative in 2020. Silvia is our Board Chair. She and the members of the Clean Mobile Car Wash cooperative were participants in the 2019 CooperAccion curriculum.
